HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@laclavigolf.com or log into your Laclavi Golf account using the confirmation email. From your account, you can submit a return request and begin the process.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please email info@laclavigolf.com after receiving your shipment. Include the details of your exchange request, such as the new item’s color and size.

Once we receive your return, exchanges will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days, subject to stock availability. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your exchange is on its way.

WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?

We accept returns for a full refund to the original payment method within 20 days of receiving your order. Refunds apply to the cost of purchased items only and do not include the original shipping fee.

WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?

All items must be in new, unworn, and complete condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear, damage, or are missing components.


WHO COVERS THE RETURN SHIPPING COST?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return request is submitted and approved, you will receive a prepaid return label via email. Please follow the provided instructions to print and attach the label to your package, securely seal it, and drop it off at your nearest mail office.

LACLAVI is not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipments, so please ensure proper packaging and follow the return instructions carefully.

ARE THERE ANY EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS?

Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, unless a manufacturing defect is present.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?

Refunds are processed within 2 business days after receiving your return. PayPal refunds appear immediately, while credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your provider. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, including both original and return shipping fees.
