HOW LONG DOES ORDER DISPATCH USUALLY TAKE?
We ship all domestic orders through UPS or FedEx.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery. If your tracking number isn’t active yet, please allow some time for the courier to pick up and scan the package at our facility.
Please note that during promotional periods or seasonal sales, dispatch times may be slightly delayed.
CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to amend or cancel your order, such as changing the size or shipping details, please contact us immediately at info@laclavigolf.com. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, changes or cancellations may not always be possible if the order has already shipped.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are unable to process orders for destinations outside the U.S. at this time.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS?
Complimentary shipping on orders over $150. For orders below $150, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
We offer standard UPS shipping (5-7 business days) and expedited UPS shipping (3-5 business days). Shipping is available within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Rural Routes, and P.O. Boxes.
Note: We are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses, U.S. Territories, or international destinations at this time.
